By making an appointment, you are verifying that you are 18 years of age or older and you accept the following terms and conditions:

I acknowledge that Samantha Rispoli Intuitive Healer, Rispoli Wellness LLC is an Intuitive and Spiritual Energy Healer and is in a private practice to provide emotional, mental, spiritual support using various energy healing modalities.

I understand that Samantha Rispoli, Samantha Rispoli Intuitive Healer and Rispoli Wellness LLC is not a physician or psychologist and the scope of her coaching and consultation services, programs and classes do not include the treatment or diagnosis of specific illnesses or disorders. If I, the client, suspect I may have an ailment or illness that may require medical attention, then it is my responsibility to consult with a licensed physician immediately.

I understand that alternative healings are complementary therapies and are not a substitute for standard medical treatments or evaluations. 

I realize it is my responsibility and choice to continue ongoing medical treatment and therapies until otherwise advised by my primary care physician. 

I understand that all sessions offered by Samantha Rispoli, Rispoli Wellness LLC offer a no refund policy

I understand that everyone’s session results will differ based on issues and the completed healing sessions. Results are not guaranteed and will vary from person to person. 

I understand that Samantha Rispoli, Rispoli Wellness LLC is not responsible for personal choices made after the intuitive energy session

CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that exceptional circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary. Please email Sam at [email protected] to reschedule your appointment. 

By clicking below, I acknowledge that Samantha Rispoli is a holistic intuitive coach and not a physician, and that I should see a doctor or therapist if I think I have a medical condition that requires treatment.  Samantha Rispoli will not be held liable for failure to diagnose or treat an illness, nor will she be liable for failure to prevent future illness.
